  • The original packaging (box and wrapping) must be intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used.

  • Products with damaged or removed packaging.

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if there is no defect.

  • If the issue is due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs.
